We can now offer a variety of stud dog 'checks' before and whilst being offered at stud.
  • Mobile 'macro' evaluation to confirm sperm present and motile at your premises particularly offered when we are assisting with the mating
  • Indepth  'micro' evaluations  to check:
  1. ​Sperm Concentration
  2. Sperm Morphology
  3. Sperm Progressive Motility

Why test?

There can be many reason to check the fertility of a male:
  • Proves confidence to people enquirying in young, maiden and unproven males
  • Progress check for ageing males, Prostate disease, the stress of showing, summer heat, or recent illnesses can all negatively impact production
  • Check quality of popular and frequently used males
  • The mating female has limited breeding opportunities so mating are time conconsious

We have invested heavily in buying the right and appropriate laboratory equipment and have trained in Europe to learn 'Best Practice' techniques. We can provide digital images and video all breeding parties to see. This is a huge advantage to the majority of the similar businesses offering the simiular services.
